Motel Policy

1. Check-in and check-out:

Our reception opening hours are from 2 pm to 6:30 pm.
Check-in from 2 pm. If you require late check-in (after 6.30 pm), please notify us in advance.
Check-out by 10 am. A fee may be applied if you have not checked out by 10 am.

2. Cancellation Policy UPDATE:

FOR STAYS BETWEEN 20 DECEMBER – 10 JANUARY INCLUSIVE EACH YEAR
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If the guest does not show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price of the reservation in the 30 days before arrival.

FOR ALL OTHER BOOKING DATES:

The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest does not show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 7 days before arrival.

3. Children Policy:

Children are aged between 0-12 years of age.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

4. Pet Policy:

Pets are not allowed.

5. Smoking Policy:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms.
